 At Hala Picky, we strive to provide the most accurate descriptions and images for our products (toys, baby essentials, gifts, and bags). However, colors may vary slightly depending on display screens.
 All prices displayed on the website are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
 The store reserves the right to modify product prices or discontinue certain items at any time without prior notice. Price modifications will not apply to orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Payment
 We provide secure and diverse payment methods on the website (including credit card payments and secure electronic payment links).
 In the event of an order cancellation prior to shipping for any reason related to payment, the amount will be refunded to the same card used, within the official working period of the banks.
4. Shipping and Delivery
 Orders are delivered to the address registered during the purchase process.
 The approximate shipping and delivery time takes 7 to 14 business days, and this duration may vary slightly during holidays and official seasons.
 Hala Picky is not responsible for shipping delays caused by delivery companies or due to inaccurate addresses provided to us.
5. Exchange and Return Policy
 To ensure the safety and health of your children, products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original condition, unused, and completely in their original packaging.
 The allowed period to submit a return or exchange request is 7 days only from the date of receiving the shipment.
 The customer bears the shipping fees for returns or exchanges, except if the product is damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or was sent by mistake, in which case the store will bear all costs.

 All content available on the website, including designs, images, texts, and the Hala Picky logo, is the exclusive intellectual property of the website and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
